Agreement
These terms govern your use of redressmanagement.com (the “Site”), operated by Redress. By using the Site you accept them. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the Site.
The Site is informational
Everything on the Site describes services Redress offers; nothing on it forms a management agreement. Management services are provided only under a separate written agreement between you and Redress, and its terms control over anything here.
Calculators and figures
The savings calculator and every figure on the Site are illustrative. They rely on the assumptions printed next to them and on numbers you supply, and they are not a quote, a projection, or a promise of results. Industry statistics we cite are attributed to their sources and are their authors’ work, not our measurement of Redress outcomes.
No professional advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Decisions about your property are yours; talk to your own advisers.
Intellectual property
The Redress name, wordmark, bird device, and the Site’s text and design are ours or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent. Photography on the Site is used under its respective licenses.
Acceptable use
Don’t interfere with the Site’s operation, probe or test it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at abusive volumes, or misrepresent your association with Redress.
Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and may change or become unavailable at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, Redress is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its contents.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted here, with its effective date, is the one in force.
