Requesting a property review
The fastest way to start is to email us your listing link (or just your property's address and a line about how it's run today). The review is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
What happens next
- Within one business day: we confirm we’ve got what we need, or ask for the one or two things we’re missing.
- The review: we look at your listing, calendar, pricing, and operating setup, and write up what Redress would do differently and what that means for your bottom line.
- Your call: if the numbers make sense to you, we agree on an onboarding plan. If they don’t, you keep the review.

Press, partnerships, vendor inquiries, or anything that isn’t a property review: same address, founders@redresstax.com. Put a word about the topic in the subject line and it will land with the right person.
